The check looks at the groundwork that helps search and AI services find your company correctly. It does not guarantee recommendations by AI or visits to your site.

What we check

Using public information only, we check across 13 items whether AI crawlers and AI agents can find your site, read it correctly and confirm that your company is real.

What each item looks at, the pass criteria and how to fix it are sent with your result email, tailored to your site.

Our own site as an example

When we ran the same checker on our own site, it passed 5 of the 13 items on October 1, 2026. We put the machine-readable parts in order with a fixed process, and on October 2, 2026, all 13 items passed.

For companies registered outside Japan: two paid services (USD 299 each, one-off)

This section is for companies registered outside Japan (business customers only). The section for companies registered in Japan below does not apply to you. The items on your company’s official number and public registration are checked against the registers of your country (company number, VAT number, LEI). We send the result report in two languages: in your language (English, Spanish, German or Simplified Chinese, or English if we cannot tell your language), together with the Japanese original.

  • Build and delivery of the parts — USD 299 (one-off) — based on your company information, we build the set of parts that helps AI and search read your site. We deliver them as a set of files or as a proposed change to your repository, with instructions for checking that they pass. Your team places them on your site.
  • Japanese-page check — USD 299 (one-off) — for companies that have Japanese-language pages for Japanese companies or users. We check whether AI can read your Japanese pages in Japanese and whether they have the company page and information that Japanese companies expect, and we deliver a list of fixes.
  • Delivery and completion — we deliver within 5 business days (Japanese business days) from the business day after we confirm your payment. For the parts: after you put them on your site, we fix the parts we made until all 13 items pass, at no extra charge. If the cause lies outside the parts (for example, server settings), we tell you the cause and how to fix it by email.
  • Refunds — if we cannot deliver within 5 business days, we refund the full amount. For the parts: if some items still do not pass after we have fixed them, we refund the share of the amount you paid given by the number of failing items divided by 13. Payment

Payment is by card, in advance, only. We accept both credit and debit cards. You pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. After your order email, we confirm that you are a company (and, for companies in the EU and the UK, your VAT number) and email you the card payment page. We start work after confirming payment. Nothing is charged before you accept the terms and pay.

How to order

  1. Send the order email below (company name, website URL, country of registration and, for the EU and the UK, your VAT number)
  2. We confirm that you are a company and check your number, then email you the card payment page
  3. Pay in advance by card (we start after confirming payment)
  4. We deliver within 5 business days. For the parts, we fix them until all 13 items pass on your site

For companies registered in Japan

After the check: we build the parts for you (paid, JPY 33,000)

  • Build and delivery of the parts — JPY 33,000 (including tax; JPY 30,000 excluding tax; one-off) — based on your company information, we build the set of parts that helps AI and search read your site. We deliver them as a set of files or as a proposed change to your repository, with instructions for checking that they pass.
  • Delivery and completion — we deliver within 5 business days from the business day after we confirm your payment. After you put the parts on your site, we fix them until all 13 items pass. We fix the parts we made, at no extra charge; placing them on your site is done by your team. If the cause lies outside the parts (for example, server settings), we tell you the cause and how to fix it by email.
  • Installation — your team installs the parts on your site. We give you the steps and how to confirm they pass.
  • Monthly re-check — if you want it, we re-check every month and rebuild the parts when your company information changes. JPY 5,500 a month including tax (JPY 5,000 excluding tax). The first month is free and you can stop at any time.

We build the parts together with a fixed process. The parts on our own site are made the same way. Because nothing is written by hand one file at a time, we can offer a single fixed price.

Ordering and payment

Reply to the email with your free check result saying “We would like to order the parts” (if you have not had the check yet, start with the free check below). We then email you the scope, delivery date and payment terms. Payment is by bank transfer; payment is complete when the funds reach our account, and we start work after confirming receipt. Nothing is charged before you accept the terms and pay.

  2. We email you an invoice (qualified invoice) and a request for your company information
  3. Bank transfer (we start after confirming receipt)
  4. We deliver within 5 business days and fix the parts until all 13 items pass on your site

If we cannot deliver for reasons attributable to us, we handle refunds case by case. If we need to confirm details of the transaction, we pause the process and contact you by email.

Care for your website

  • Each check makes only a handful of requests, spaced apart. We do not fetch pages your site asks automated tools not to fetch.
  • We identify ourselves by our own name (infraone-readiness). We do not pretend to be an AI crawler.
  • The result page can be opened only by people who have the URL we send you (it is not listed in search).
