From one month of Google Cloud, AWS or OCI billing CSV, we list what each line costs and sort the lines with fixed rules. No IAM roles and no access to your production environment: the review needs only the billing CSV.

Companies registered in Japan (including Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies). Prices in JPY. The fit check is free (for companies with cloud spend of JPY 300,000 or more a month, once per company). Paid support is a fixed fee of JPY 80,000 excluding tax (JPY 88,000 including tax) (≈ USD 560 for reference, ECB rate of 23 Oct 2026), up to 4 hours.

Deliverables: Migration plan, dependency and risk table, cutover and rollback plan, implementation roadmap.
Not included / not guaranteed: Production migration, configuration changes, data migration and cutover work are agreed separately. Zero downtime and the benefits of the move are confirmed by testing the plan.

We take stock of permissions, records, change procedures and the other areas an audit asks about, plus the split of responsibilities with your contractors, ready for an audit or an internal review.

Good fit when: It is hard to explain the gaps in permissions, logs and evidence against your requirements, and the order in which to fix them.
Scope: The cloud environments, management scope, audit requirements and documents agreed before the contract.
Deliverables: Gap table against requirements, list of evidence, risk priorities, improvement plan.
Not included / not guaranteed: Vulnerability testing, legal opinions, acting as auditor and certification are out of scope. Whether you are secure or pass an audit is settled by checks in your real environment and by the audit itself.
