We read your cloud bill and list the costs worth reviewing, with amounts.

Send us one month of billing CSV from Google Cloud, AWS or OCI. We sort every line into costs that read as unused and costs whose purpose needs checking. No IAM roles and no access to your production environment: the review needs only the billing CSV.

For CTOs, IT teams, SREs and FinOps leads at companies registered in Japan, including Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies

Companies registered outside Japan — fixed-price services, paid by credit or debit card in advance. Business customers only.

Companies registered in Japan (including Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies) — cloud cost diagnosis. Prices in JPY. The report is produced by a program that reads your billing CSV with fixed rules. If your company pays a cloud provider JPY 300,000 or more a month, you can start with a free fit check (once per company, up to 60 minutes of our time). If you want our help checking the candidates in the report, paid support is a fixed fee of JPY 80,000 excluding tax (JPY 88,000 including tax) (≈ USD 560 for reference, ECB rate of 23 Oct 2026) for up to 4 hours. We check each company individually, so we take free fit checks from the first 3 companies each week. The diagnosis needs only your billing CSV, so your environment stays exactly as it is.

“Our cloud bill is too high” usually means a few concrete problems.

Cost reviews tend to stall for the same reasons. The bill is too long to know where to start, and few people can explain what the expensive lines are for. costdiag sorts your billing CSV line by line and gives you what you need to decide the order of checks.

  • Forgotten resources

Unattached disks, reserved IPs and development environments that nobody switched off are still on the bill.

  • Expensive lines with no clear owner

GPU and database lines are large, but few people can say what they are used for.

  • A bill that is too long

The CSV has so many lines that it is hard to decide where to begin.

  • No one to approve

It is unclear who should check and approve switching something off.

How the cloud cost review (costdiag) works

Before you share any sensitive data, you can look at a sample report and see what you get. We check each company individually, so we take free fit checks from the first 3 companies each week. Paid support covers up to 4 hours of work for a fixed fee. Everything from the first question to delivery can be handled by email.

  1. See the sample

Look at a sample report built from made-up data to see what it shows.

  2. Fit check

If your cloud spend is JPY 300,000 or more a month, we check the fit for free (once per company, up to 60 minutes).

  3. Diagnosis

We receive one month of billing CSV and send back a report sorted line by line.

  4. Help with the checks

Only if you need it: help checking the candidates for a fixed fee of JPY 80,000 excluding tax (≈ USD 510 for reference, ECB rate of 23 Oct 2026), up to 4 hours.

We read, we do not change

We give you the evidence; you decide whether to change or stop anything. Access to your production environment stays with you.

Facts and estimates kept apart

Only lines whose CSV entries say so are marked “reads as unused”. Lines whose purpose needs checking are shown separately, as estimates.

Your data stays with us

We process your CSV only on servers we manage. We never send it to outside AI services, and we delete it within 30 days of delivery.

Consulting before and after the cost review

Beyond cost, we also support infrastructure decisions, migrations and audit preparation on an ongoing basis.

For systems that are hard to stopCloud migration planning

We sort out migration units, dependencies, acceptable downtime, cutover and rollback, and produce a plan your engineers can build from.
