Rulebook Term Base & Data Merge Kit — USD 49

One shared name for each game term in each language, and card text that InDesign Data Merge imports as is.

Before your translators start on German, Spanish or Chinese, you get a shared term base, so every rule and every card uses the same word. Your card text comes as a CSV file for InDesign Data Merge, so nobody has to copy card text into the layout by hand.

Your files are not used to train AI models. We send your text only to AI providers whose terms say they do not use it for training (Cloudflare Workers AI and Groq; Groq may keep logs for up to 30 days only to troubleshoot failures or investigate abuse), and we delete your files 30 days after delivery. What you send (through a form that runs in your browser; you reply to our email with the file it creates)

  • Your English rulebook (up to 6,000 words), your card list (up to 120 cards, up to 40 words per card) and your game terms (up to 80)
  • Up to 3 target languages: German, Spanish (neutral), Simplified Chinese

What you get (within 3 business days in Japan after we receive your complete order file)

  1. Term base (CSV, UTF-8): one target term per source term and language, with grammar notes. Two different source terms never share one target term.
  2. Card data merge file (CSV, UTF-16LE with BOM, as InDesign Data Merge expects for non-Latin scripts): one row per card, columns name_de, text_de and so on.
  3. Draft translation of your rulebook, written with the term base.
  4. Check report: every automatic check we ran (term consistency, numbers and icons kept, text length against your English, back-translation) and what we fixed. Items that need a native speaker are listed.

What this is not: a print-ready translation. Please have a native speaker proofread before you print. We do not do layout.

Price, refunds and your files

Price and refunds: USD 49 once, card payment in advance. If we do not deliver within 3 business days after receiving your complete order file, you get a full refund. Errors are: a term that differs from the delivered term base, a mistranslation that changes a rule's meaning, a missing or changed number or icon, or a file that InDesign Data Merge cannot import (style preferences are not errors). If you report an error within 14 days of delivery by replying to the delivery email, we fix it free within 3 business days; if we cannot fix it, we refund you in full. Refunds are made by a person at InfraOne. If we do not receive your order file within 30 days after your payment, we remind you twice and then close the order; a person at InfraOne decides on a refund.

Your files: used only for your order and deleted 30 days after delivery. We process them only with AI providers whose terms say they do not use your text to train AI models (Cloudflare Workers AI and Groq), and we do not put them into any other AI tool. Groq may keep logs for up to 30 days only to troubleshoot failures or investigate abuse. You keep all rights to your text and to the translations.

Glosario de reglas y kit para combinación de datos — 49 USD (pago único). Un nombre común para cada término del juego en cada idioma y textos de cartas que InDesign Data Merge importa tal cual: un glosario (hasta 80 términos), un archivo de cartas para InDesign Data Merge (UTF-16LE), un borrador de traducción de su reglamento y un informe de comprobación. Idiomas: alemán, español (neutro) y chino simplificado (hasta 3).

Entrega en 3 días hábiles (Japón) desde que recibimos su archivo de pedido completo; si nos retrasamos, reembolso total. Si nos indica un error (un término distinto del glosario entregado, una traducción que cambia el sentido de una regla, un número o icono que falta o cambia, o un archivo que no se puede importar) en los 14 días siguientes a la entrega, lo corregimos gratis en 3 días hábiles; si no podemos, reembolso total. No es una traducción lista para imprimir: pida a un hablante nativo que la revise antes de imprimir.
